TGA Süddeutschland successfully delivered a large-scale residential project featuring 81 apartments across the ground floor, upper floors, and attic, covering a total area of 4,800 square meters. The design and execution were carried out using Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure maximum efficiency and precision.

The project prioritizes energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, and high residential quality. Heating is provided through a combination of district heating and heat pumps, while underfloor heating ensures optimal comfort throughout the building.
