On behalf of Max Bögl, we are realizing a state-of-the-art logistics hall for Segro. As part of the SEGRO Gewerbepark development by Dreiundzwanzigste Grundbesitz GmbH, this project comprises three buildings with diverse functional spaces, including one Urban Logistics and two Light Industrial buildings.

TGA Süddeutschland is responsible for the planning of three main halls with a total gross floor area of 27,944.21 square meters. Our scope includes service phases 2, 3, and 5 for HLSK (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, Climate Control) and ELT (Electrical Engineering), ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation.

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in the project’s goal of achieving DGNB Gold certification. By leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), we optimize efficiency and precision to meet the highest certification standards. This project highlights our dedication to innovative and sustainable building solutions in the logistics sector.
