Technical Specifications (Details) On behalf of the Max Bögl Group, located in Sengenthal near Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, a state-of-the-art production and logistics hall is being constructed. TGA Süddeutschland is currently planning the construction of this hall using Building Information Modeling (BIM), covering a gross floor area of approximately 10,042 m².
Our scope of services for the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) includes HLSK (Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Sanitary), ELT (Electrical Engineering), and MSR (Measuring, Control, and Regulation Technology). The project impresses with an installed electrical capacity of 5,000 kVA and an air exchange rate of 320,000 cubic meters per hour. Heating is provided by a heat pump with a thermal output of 1.4 MW, which is also used for cooling in both the storage and production halls.
This project is another example of how effective BIM planning pays off, ensuring a smooth and transparent planning process for all parties involved.
